Just thought I would start a new post in here to make it easier to update my ongoing personal weight loss challenge.
Hubby and I started taking LiDa tablets two weeks ago in an effort to help us both lose a lot of unwanted kgs. Exercise is very difficult for me at the moment with my back, and hubby is incredibly unmotivated, so wanted to try it with me.
We take 1 tablet each morning, haven't changed our exercise (read: we do basically nothing), only very minor changes to our diet (increased water intake because you do get quite thirsty and get dry mouth from the tablets, this has in turn dropped our fizzy drink intake, and we both find we are not eating as much because we simply don't feel as hungry).
I've lost 2.2kg and just over 10cms total in two weeks, unsure on hubby's weight as we have nothing to weigh him on, but he has lost 0.6cm total (has gone up and down a little).
