    Hey everyone!

    My shop is Crow Shea!

It started out by me learning to crochet so I could make my kids hats for the winter. THEN people noticed them and asked me to make them for their kids, and then strangers asked where my hats came from and I got a few orders that way! So I started my facebook page!

    My Facebook Shop is https://www.facebook.com/crowshea
And My webpage (which just links to my …

So, that's kind of why I chose that name.

My business is From Home, and I am pretty new to the game. I have fallen in love with the hobby, and it helps me contribute to our household, which is a bonus!

I have links to my Pinterest, Facebook page, Etsy shop, and Twitter in my profile, so CHECK ME OUT!!!! Just don't become a weirdo stalker... that's kind of creepy. Wink

I own MoonShadow Threads which isn't really around anymore... Well it is, but I am taking an extended break from it due to personal issues. BUT I plan on getting it back up and running soon. I did some crochet but I am mostly known for my Clay covered crochet hooks. You've probably seen them on Youtube's Bobwilson123 & Yolanda's crochet channels. One of my goals this winter is to become …

Tips for Menu Planning Empty Tips for Menu Planning

Post by Jaime Rose Mon Sep 16, 2013 2:29 pm

I would like to start menu planning. Organization isn't something I am great at. We have meals on our favorites list, and I like to try new recipes about once a week, but I would like to be able to sit down once a week, plan it out, and know what we are going to have.

Do any of you do this? Do you have any tips/tricks to share, to make it a little easier?

This is something I struggle with for sure! I'd love some tips as well.

One thing I DO do is look at what's on sale (Our sale flyers come out Thursdays) and go from there.

I really need to do that more. I did find some freebie printables for weekly meal planning, printed them out, and wrote out meals for the next week, but now I need to figure out how to get more organized/coordinated with my grocery shopping list. I don't really want to spend hours on just planning it out, every week. Smile

Google is my friend. Smile I just found a website called Food On the Table, and you can add your local grocery stores, and it tells you what sales each one has for that week, hundreds of quick recipes, with sale items mentioned if they have them, and grocery lists. Plus, you can add any of the recipes you'll be using, to your weekly menu.
